Personally, I think yes. I believe that we soon may witness a new break-out of cyber attacks in less than 3 years, that would totally change the world perspective about computers, network, and specifically the Internet.

Recent controversies, such as SOPA, or the conflict about who will have the full power to control the Internet, and who wants the Internet itself should be free, etc.
First time revelation from US military that China military would conduct cyber attacks to disrupt or disable US 's space systems for strategic war-fighting. [1]
The recent announce from UK military that UK has developed new weapons for the online battlefield. They are ready to strike back any cyber attacks from an enemy state. [2]
